Workshops and Presentations:
-Monday October 18th @ 7:30-8:30 pm: Coal Harbour Community Centre @ 480 Broughton Street: "Acupressure and Massage for Pregnancy and Labour" :
Pain relief, labour augmentation,calming nerves,relieving nausea,relaxing, encouraging baby to rotate...just a few of the things pressure points and massage can help accomplish during pregnancy. Please join us to learn how to use a variety of acupressure points and massage techniques to help women through pregnancy and labour. This workshop is excellent for pregnant couples, doulas, midwives and anyone else interested in learning more about how acupressure and massage can be helpful during birth.

-July 20th: Free Prenatal Massage!
The students at West Coast College of Massage Therapy will be doing 1 hour massage for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
When: July 20th,2010 at 10:30 am
Where: West Coast College of Massage Therapy. 613 Columbia Street, New Westminster, Practical Room A.
As a "Thank You" all participants will be given a Gift Certificate for an hour treatment in our clinic.
